——精益财务管理,创造企业价值


      大野耐一提出精益这个概念已经几十年过去了,精益的思维也从狭义的精益生产拓展到了广义的精益化财务管理,不仅在战略,市场营销,供应,生产,设备管理,人力资源,财务管理,绩效管理,企业文化等方面构筑起一整套精益化财务管理的模式,而且精益化财务管理对有效整合资源,控制成本,优化流程,提高核心竞争力起着重要作用。简单来说,精益化财务管理的核心就是以最小的资金获得最大的效益。在精益财务领域中,要求在企业的财务预算,成本管理,财务流程,财务部门工作等方面,把精益管理思想与企业财务管理相结合,设计成一套现代化的财务管理模式。
